My UC/CSU applications are due on Wednesday. I took the SAT for the second time, and I’ll be receiving my scores on Tuesday. All my applications are complete, so I’m wondering if I should just send in my applications in now with my old scores on them and then send my new scores later? Or should I wait until Tuesday for my new scores to come? Pretty straightforward, I hope.
It will cost you more if you send twice. The UC requires to send all scores and they will pick the highest score set.
You can request College Board to send your November scores now and they will send all scores (including previous scores) when the November scores are available. You can also wait after Tuesday and you still meet the deadline. The last acceptable SAT is December 3 test.
I misread your question. You can submit your app now. You don’t have to wait to update your SAT scores on your app if you mention you took November SAT. But you can wait if you want. Your SAT scores will be updated when they receive them. People still take December 3 SAT but the application dateline is Nov 30.
