<p>Incoming senior here.
*I know so many people who slacked off freshman/sophomore year and then junior year they got 95+ in IB/AP classes. However, their rank number still would not move up because their underclassmen years ruined it. Be competitive and fight for your rank # lol
*Join ECs that show your passion. Be a leader in alot of ECs. My application, sadly, will not show leadership
*Spend your summers WISELY!! Volunteer, do programs in colleges…etc
*Avoid conflicts with other students. When you have drama with other students, it would be harder to stay focused.
*Take as many IB/AP classes as you can
*DO NOT wait until Junior/senior year to think about SAT/ACT. Study now. practice tests.</p>
