Hi. I got 2040 on last October’s SAT and my dad suggested I should transfer to ACT.
I’m taking the ACT test this February and just wanted to get some tips/ good books to use for practices.
Thanks! :>
I like the Red Book personally. Using official questions is really useful. Keep in mind that the actual ACT is slightly different though, and the math questions are a little easier. Also, it’s pretty easy to find more recent ACT official tests online.
Reserve a few minutes every day to take practice tests. The best way to prepare is to simulate the testing situation with real ACT test questions (I’d recommend the Red Book). Look over and understand the questions you got wrong and why you got them wrong.
what is red book?

I like the Red Book.
A 2040 is nothing to scoff at, and using this time to prep for the ACT is a great idea.
