Help! I'm having all sorts of problems improving on my reading comprehension portion of the GRE. I can't seem to wade through the dry material very well and I've boosted every other aspect of my Verbal section to outstanding levels but my reading comprehension. Any tips on how to boost my abilities?

You have to learn to read these dry materials. What I did is read it slowly first. Repeat the same paragraph after I read it before I move on to the next paragraph or the whole excerpt. Just have to make sure I understand what it’s saying. Try to make notes, like summarize the paragraph in a sentence on the margins.

Read the questions first and try to find the clues in the readings.
