I have an interview with Pomona next Monday!
Any tips?
What should I wear?
What should I bring?
Any ideas on what kind of questions they will be asking?

Oh dear.

I had my alumni interview last week. It was casual, and there weren't any set questions. We just talked for about an hour and 15 min. Just make sure you know what you do in your free time and what your interests are (hopefully you haven't forgotten ;)) good luck

thanks!
im having mine at the admissions office.
one "potential" question i am trying to answer is "Why Pomona?"
in my free time... i take naps! jking.
thanks again!

In terms of attire, think business casual. As for questions, check out http://www.collegeboard.com/article/0,3868,5-25-0-135,00.html for some possible questions. Also, be prepared to ask in-depth questions about the College that demonstrate that you've researched it.

Good luck!

in-depth questions?
i gotta be spontaneous.

Thank you maam!

how was ur interview?

good good good (:
the interview knew me from our previous encounter.
45 minutes.
it was alright.
i talked a lot.
i was uber hyper too.

did a senior student interview you?

naw, she was an admissions officer.

did any1 have an alumni interview?
i had one and i didn't have to fill out any papers and neither did he. is that normal?

D was interviewed by an alum last year who had been a student interviewer. She didn't fill out any papers. The interviewer will complete a form once s/he returns home to be submitted to the Admissions Office--impressions, etc.

yeah i think that's happens. my admissions officer didn't fill out any forms either. how did it go Knows?

i think it went well. I hope it went well. i got all my questions answers and vice versa. plus, the interview even help me come up with ideas for the essay. how did urs go?

well, it was at the admissions office... so limit was an hour. eh, it was alright. i guess i was very well prepared. the interviewer remembered me from the time when she visited my school.
