<p>I think what steers most people to gain weight in college (if they do) is alcohol and dorm food. </p>
<p>Make healthy choices in the cafeteria. If you drink, only drink clear liquors (with diet mixers if you want a mixer). Avoid drunk food, even though it’s one of the most delicious things in the world. And work out as frequently as possible, especially if you drink a lot.</p>
<p>What I did is I took one of those chicken sandwiches and saturated the top with ketchup. Then I took a cheese burger (try to get an extra patty if you can) and split it in half. I lined the bottom with fries and the top with bacon. Then I stuck the chicken sandwich in the middle. Eat 5-6 of these a day, and you should be good. For variation, switch the buns with pizza.</p>
