Tips on staying focused while I'm relationship?

Now I've been restricting myself from guys for school purposes because I want to maintain my straight As and raise my percentage( top 8% right now) but I'm scared having a boyfriend will take my focus off. How do you guys do it with a bf/gf?</p>

Unless you have OCD then a bf is just another activity that takes your time and attention.
Time management and prioritizing will keep you focused.</p>

<p>My bf and I have been together for almost a year. Both of our GPAs have increased dramatically throughout this time. For the motivated student, a boyfriend won’t drag you down and for the boyfriend, your motivation will influence him. The smart thing to do is spend your weekends with your boyfriend so it doesn’t interfere with weekdays. I don’t see how he can really affect you any other way.</p>

<p>I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 7 months now and I haven’t had any problems balancing a rigorous schedule, clubs, etc. and spending time with him. You just need to prioritize and put your foot down when you find problems. I personally don’t get much done when I’m with him, so I choose to do my homework alone then we hang out. find out what works for you.</p>
