Tips on time??? Helllp!

Okay, let me just say that I am an ACT person. I find it more understandable and applicable than the SAT. However, I am terrible at finding a good pace for myself on the test. Can someone please give me tips on how to time myself better?

I have red book and PR and have read through PR a lot.

The only section I was able to finish in time was the english section, which I finished just barely in time. The others I still had like 10-15 questions left (bad I know lol). I still scored composite 25, and this was the first time I have ever taken an ACT practice test (it was the "Preparing for the ACT" booklet I got from my school office).

So, are there any ways I can deal with this? Isn't there a way I can get more time? I have ADHD like every other kid in the world, is this enough to get more? What are my options?

Thanks!

yes, adhd is a valid way to get extended time.
