Tips or warnings about these professors?

RUSS101 003 ELEMENTARY RUSSIAN SLATER, JAMES

Anything will help.

I LOVE PROFESSOR RALEIGH!! i clicked on this hoping you'd have him- what a coincidence. okay seriously. l love him. he is the BEST teacher i've ever had in anything hands down (just so happens i had him for hist 162- russian history as a freshman). he comes off a little intense at first and a lot of people drop, but if you stay in you find out his class is not that bad at all if you do your work like you should. good luck!

thanks. That's the one I'm looking forward to the most.

I'm trying for Russian history in Grad school. Imperial mostly.

GLATTHAAR is very, very good I hear.

I was actually going to take that class, but I have a different history class at the same time.

do you know about pickaprof.com?

I haven't had him, but I've heard lots of good things about Louis Perez.

Does anyone know how I can access the syllabi for any of these classes, or perhaps the same class from previous semesters?

I've tried the UNC dept of hist website, but I couldn't find any links.

google it man
