Tips to eventually get in...

Hi! I'm a upcoming sophomore for high school. I was wondering if I could get a little bit of advice I could get to get a good chance in MIT. I'm worrying a bit early, but I want to get started as soon as possible. Any advice on what to do in my next three years in high school?
