<p>Thanks, girlgeekmom. I’d like to hear more happy endings on 3/10/13 than have been posted on this board in recent years. There are many great boarding schools…if kids who are reading this haven’t already, take a look at the hidden gems thread. There are many smart and interesting kids attending these schools. Think for yourself…don’t just chase after the few repeated names…find what really fits you and a place where you can grow and flourish. I think one main reason why DC is happy now at boarding school is because DC never visited this board and got caught in the hype. The acronym schools are fine schools, but they are not the only ones.</p>
