tips to raise SAT score?

I went through honors pre calculus and i've done a lot of practice tests, but for some reason, my math score isn't increasing. First test i got 540 math, and this time i got 570, which is only 30 point increase. For writing, my score increased only by 20 points from 540 to 560. For reading, it increased from 390 to 490 which is 100 points.

I have a test in a week, any recommendations for increasing my score?
Before i got 1620 and i'm hoping i could get 1800 on the next one. Is that possible?
What do you recommend me do before the test? Should i do one more practice test before the day of the test? Any recommendations on how i could increase my score?

My opinion (why i scored 1620):
Math: i think its just the lack of understanding. I'm a slow person and have low IQ. I have A's in high school, but i think its just me as a person
Writing: I always feel like i got 700 on writing because i studied all the grammar rules but i think its my habit of looking at the questions too quickly. I don't know if you guys experienced that before. I'm planning to listen to a guy's recommendation that i should first read it, and try to fix it myself before looking at the multiple choice.
Reading: I memorized 3000 vocabulary words so now, i'm pretty good with the sentence completion. In fact, i think those are the guys that save my score from 300 or 350. I have no idea how i could increase my score for reading comprehension, nor do i know what i could do in 5-7 days before the test date. I don't think reading newspaper would help at all.
I also tried practicing it with blue book, but what's the point if i get every single question wrong. I always feel like the reading is easy, until i realize that i got 90% of the questions wrong. I'm kinda weak in standardized test too overall. I lack testing strategies and more that lower my score.

I'm a senior and this is my last chance of taking the SAT.
Thank you for your support.

Any other recommendations guys?

Read Silverturtle’s guide. A lot of good strategies and tactics within. In your case though, since you’re generally acquainted with the exam, I’d more specifically recommend Xiggi’s guide, since it addresses different issues that you seem to be in need of.

And honestly, there’s no substitute for working hard and effort.
