Tips to writing a superb thesis?

Should I pull out the ol' 3 prong thesis, or just have a very broad one that could have an infinite amount of examplse?

I think that since you only have 25 minutes to write this essay, and since the SAT readers want you to get to the point, so they don’t have to spend time searching for your thesis, topic sentence, etc., your thesis should be direct and simply answer the question. For example, if the question is “Is the world getting better,” you could say “The world is getting better” or “The world is not getting better” or “While the world is more livable than it was in the past, it is more stressful.” Any of these works. Even the last one. You don’t have to say “Yes” or “No.” You could make a “qualifying statement.” In other words, you say yes in some cases and no in others.

The thesis doesn’t need to be brilliantly made. Just answer the question in your thesis and write away!
