Just a quick observation: if you don’t like bring cyber stalked, don’t register on a public forum that shows your past comments.
People who say hateful things for no evident reason often warrant a little curiosity from others.

Karen…a school with about 30,000 adult individuals is going to have some students-behaving-badly. that isn’t an indictment of the school.

We are from Rhode Island. We love UA and our son, who is an EE major is loving his very affordable education in a beautiful place. We are well traveled in this country and are very comfortable with UA. This Karen person- post here when you graduate and let us know what your prestigious education got you (other than huge debt) and we’ll show you how our graduates surpass you. Why don’t you go where you are wanted. You must thrive on controversy. Sad, so sad. What kind of life you must lead. Roll Tide!

Oh, look–karen’s spreading the love.

■■■■■ go home. Karen, umm in case your reading this, that means you! Seriously, there’s no reason for you to be on this forum. We get it, you don’t like Alabama … So what! Your negativity is not welcome here!

LOL Sally, you notice not one person has even responded to her post.

Why do I get the feeling that she was rejected by Bama… And is taking out her frustrations. You know, being the mother of 2 teen girls, I get that they have rough patches. I’m thinking this is just one of those phases for Karen and she is using CC to vent. We realize not everyone can get into their school of their dreams. For some it is Bama. It was the right “fit” for them. That is AWESOME!

One of my son’s best buds has been accepted to Yale, and I assumed (as I think most would), that he would be attending. Apparently, he has been questioning (seriously) if he wants his parents to be in 200k of debt by the time he graduates.

See now, this kid is not only brilliant and obviously highly accomplished (and about as nice a kid as they come), he will not need to rely on the prestige of his degree, because he has prestige (which really should be all about quality) written all over him. This kid could start off at a comunity college and he will still light the world on fire. I think that is the point, a very high percentage of Bama students will be successful in large part because of their education, but moreover because of who they are and what they do with opportunity in whatever shape or color it comes in.

And oh yeah, read this one…
