<p>I was able to get in touch with a representative on the day that the applications were due. They were able to fix my problem two hours before the due time, and I was able to upload my resume and essay in time. Phew. Crisis averted.</p>

<p>Waitlisted. </p>
<p>This is killing me. Does anybody know approximately when waitlisted kids will be notified? and If I applied for a scholarship and got accepted, to I still have to pay full price? They didnât mention anything about the scholarship I applied for and they told me not to inquire about the status of the waitlist</p>
<p>So Iâm guessing it will take another week, to see who deposits their money and THEN those on the wait list will be notified</p>
<p>I donât know when you will hear about the wait list. When is the deposit deadline? That will help you gauge it. </p>
<p>Three years ago, I had a student who was notified of being put on the wait list too but the notifications were the last week of April (unlike what apparently happened today). Then, she got off the wait list on May 16 with a phone call. However, by then, she had already chosen and deposited at Northwestern/Cherubs. </p>
<p>So, those dates may not mesh with this year but it was about 2 1/2 weeks from her admissions result letter until her wait list offer to enroll by phone. For what it is worth.</p>
<p>Oh my god. I GOT IN! I canât stop yelling. AHHHHH! :D</p>
<p>By the way, confirmation is April 22.</p>

<p>and soozievt, I applied for a scholarship but they did not mention anything about it. all they said was if notified, I would have to pay half the tuition within a week. Does this mean that If thereâs a spot open, the scholarship I applied for will have no effect on me?</p>
<p>(Im also condering SOCAPA but dont want to get into it until I know if im going to Tisch or not)</p>
<p>PS. they said I can also be considered for other programs of thereâs if I wanted to. Which is a miracle I guess, and I emailed them and asked to be considered for Singapore, since I know its brand new and not too many people knew about it. But I still want to remain ont the NYC waitinglist because it is my definite firstchoice</p>

<p>Azizi, I canât answer your scholarship question, sorry. My guess is if you are admitted, then theyâll let you know at that time if you won a scholarship or not. </p>
<p>But if the reply date is April 22, then they will go to the wait list if necessary after that date. That is about the same number of weeks that I described from three years ago.</p>

<p>AHH!!! I got into the NY MT Program! Itâs almost 1 A.M. here and I woke my parents up screaming about it!!! I got rejected last year, as a rising junior, so I thought I had no chance! I wish I could find out more about the New School on Broadway studio/training, though⊠Canât wait!!!</p>

Believe me, I really did not expect this. I was hopeful, but definitely surprised. Look, donât beat yourself up or anything over it. Itâs a high school program first offâŠso itâs not getting rejected as a senior applying for college. There are plenty of options for you. Besides, you were waitlisted! Which yes, it will involve a lot of your patience, but it could easily be that you are going. Just try to occupy yourself in the mean time. If it happens, it happens, if not⊠youâll be alright. (: Best of luck to you! Try to have an optimistic attitude, and the time will pass more quickly.</p>
