To apply or not to apply?

<p>I was wondering whether I should apply to two UC's (LA and Davis) even though I am OOS; I like both schools but I am worried about the amount of aid that I would receive (if admitted). </p>

<p>I am a rising junior, so I have some time to improve my stats.</p>

<p>What's your opinion?</p>

<p>It can’t hurt to apply, if you’ve got the 100 bucks to toss around.</p>

<p>Ask yourself this: if admitted, would you seriously consider attending? If not, don’t apply. If yes, go right ahead. :)</p>
