<p>I am an international student from Korea
and have been here in the U.S. for 3 years.
I applied UCB and UCLA for this comming fall term.
I was rejected due to my Korean university GPA
gained seven years ago. </p>

<p>Even though I am maintaining 4.0 GPA in C.C,
I can't erase my immaturity.</p>

<p>I could lie like you "bigsmallfish" but I did not..
and I don't regret that I did not lie.
I've seen many students like me..</p>

<p>I just want you to study hard at UC somewhere..
I am not mad at you... </p>

<p>I applaud you for being honest, unlike bigsmallfish, and I understand where you both are coming from.
But I’m almost 100% sure…there are hundreds of other Korean international students just like him who “lied” on their application and are attending a UC.
