Work Experience:
This summer worked at Six Flags.

And I'm Catholic. Confirmed, etc.

Also- I started school a year early and am a year younger than all my classmates, will that help at all?

Unfortunately, I'm a white girl from a middle class family in a suburb of Chicago.

I'm already looking to get more involved with my church and with more volunteer work. I still have a year and a half to improve things, so any ideas?

THANKS :]

Test scores are some of the biggest factors. The 32 is a solid score for the ACT, but if you’re planning on applying Early Action and want to be a step ahead I would say improve it a little bit. Study like crazy before taking it, and just keep doing practice tests. (I only got a 31 =P) Also, make sure your extracurriculars show a) leadership and b) unity. They want to be able to tell what your interests are based on your ECs.

An important thing to remember is that ND doesn’t want well rounded students - they want a well rounded student body. Superiority in academics is good but being unique and having special talents is just as important.

Hope this helped - I wish I had considered all of this stuff my junior year! Good luck :)

Oh - and study abroad if you can! i went to spain this summer and had a blast and colleges eat it up :)
