<p>Hey everyone. I was accepted early decision to Cornell and am really confused with the required forms. I logged into my applicant ID and saw a new tab that said new students or something like that. That led me to a to do list that said the Health history form was due December 17th and that it's overdue and 'immediate action required' But there is a banner on the page that says "recently accepted for Fall 2011? check back in april for to do list, forms," etc. Can someone clear this up for me?</p>
<p>I’m guessing it’s for Spring 2011 enrollees and we’ll get our deadline information and forms in April/May.</p>
<p>What you saw was most likely for spring transfers. If you’re entering in Fall 2011, they will update the todolist when the RD applicants get their decisions.</p>
