To drop or not to drop?

So I'm taking German II. It's filling an empty English requirement that I still need (weird, I know). I decided to take German II because I enjoyed German I. However, the level of competence my professor seems to expect so far is beyond what I was taught in German I. There are a lot of grammar concepts that we haven't covered and she uses a lot of unfamiliar vocabulary. It's a bit overwhelming. I'm already taking 6 other classes, some of which require a involve a great deal of work outside of class, so I'm not sure that this is a worthy investment of my time.

If I don't take German, I'll have to replace it with something else that is worth 3 credit hours. Most classes are full by now so that will be tricky. Any advice? Should I stick it out or get out while I still can?

Get out while you still can. Or better yet, find a different professor that teaches the same course if you’re that interested I’m German.

Unfortunately the only other time the class is offered is during one of my classes that I absolutely need and can’t reschedule. So I guess I should look for something else…
