How hard are these classes and their AP exams?? (1 through 10, 10 being the toughest)

-AP Psychology
-AP US History
-AP English Language
-AP Spanish Language
-AP Biology
-AP Govt. (I don't know the official name...)
-AP Statistics

According to my school’s corresponding classes, I would say that AP US History, AP Biology, and AP Government would be the classes of which you would go out of your way to study for intensively.

Just giving my 2 cents.

Here, AP Stats is pretty simple, but gives a lot of busy work. AP Spanish is based of how much effort you’re willing to put into it. AP Psychology I hear gives a good amount of emphasis on writing. AP English Language, a lot of vocabulary and decent amounts of reading.

I mean, if you grew up in the US, you’ve been force fed this stuff your whole life. Now you just go into more depth.

And if you write well, you’re golden.

(I have an A in the class right now. And don’t say, oh, but you might fail the AP exam, because I had the same teacher for AP Euro did well on the exam.)

I’d probably say Spanish is the hardest, because I’m in French right now and it’s kicking my ass. I love it, though.

i heard ap psych is super easy. the “dumb” kids in our grade got 4’s and the average people got 5’s. but our school’s really competitive and grade-deflated.

Scaling it from 1 to 10 is hard b/c that depends on what you define as tough. Esp since there’s a large luck factor in AP’s
-AP Psychology: score 2 or 3/10 (all common sense stuff)
-AP US History: 7/10. social studies are usually pretty easy to pass, even to get a 4, but the 5 requires a little bit extra. APUSH was a fun class and test though and definitelyl worth it.
-AP English Language: can’t score. The cut between a 4 and 5 is so slim and nebulous. MC is difficult (memorize lit terms like anaphora, caesura, etc. and you’re golden), and DEFINITELY polish your writing. essays are a HUGE part of the test.
-AP Biology: 6/10 It’s all basic stuff you learn in honors. It’s just remembering it that gets tricky, but PR is good for that.
-AP Government and politics: if you come from an APUSH background, this is suppossedly really really REALLY easy. If not, still not bad b/c it’s all stuff you should know anyway (i.e. what are the three branches of government and what are thier functions? gee, I wonder). Supreme court cases and nit-picky definitions and conditions get annoying though (# of years a senator has to be a citizen/resident vs that for a president). score 4 or 5/10
-AP Statistics: which test to use when and what the terms mean gets confusing, but it’s mostly common sense beyond that. NOT MATH AT ALL THOUGH! be warned. if you like calc, you may be severely dissappointed w/stats.
-AP spanish: 10/10 at my school anyway. Even native speakers can’t get a 5, but that’s probably just because my school sucks.
