to get an ED interview, what's the date we submit by?

<p>I emailed an admissions officer to ask about this, and this is the response i received:</p>

It is suggested that you submit your application earlier in order to maximize your chances of getting an interview. They are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Even if you do submit by October 15th, it is not guaranteed that you will be offered an interview. Conversely, you could still be offered one if your application is submitted on November 1st. I would much rather you have a solid application that you feel confident in submitting than have you rush to get it to us by October 15th.
