This is for Californians (sorry), but anyone can steal my idea :p</p>
<p>Californians! I have recently started a "Community Ensemble," a club in which we play music at elderly centers for community service or use music to raise money for causes such as the Japan Earthquake a few years ago. Recently, we have been spreading to other schools, linking similar clubs in order to create a giant organization that will actually mean something on college apps. This is something that I have thoroughly enjoyed doing, and if you are truly a leader and are up to it, please join me in our expansion.</p>
<p>I can help you start up at your school, and then we can do joint performances. Private or public school, we want you. Please take this opportunity to improve your chances at college.</p>
<p>You must:
- Be able to play a music instrument suitable at elderly homes (no drumsets please :p etc.)
- Attend school in California
- Have some friends or classmates that play music instruments
- Be up to embracing leadership </p>
<p>You will:
- Have fun mixing with other students while performing
- Improve performance skills
- Get a title for being a leader at your school
- Be an official that is part of a larger organization that will mean something to colleges.</p>
<p>I realize many schools already have similar clubs, but small clubs don't mean much to colleges. I started my own club here, and now I realize this may not be enough. Please help both yourself and me by joining us. Just message me or comment below.</p>
