<p>i'm not positive about transferring yet, but am certainly considering it. i currently attend bu as a premed student. (i am a freshman). its not that i dont like it, but i certainly dont love it. my dream was to attend school in nyc (i grew up right around there). I am looking into transferring to fordham or perhaps pace honors. i got into pace honors for the fall but opted not to go. after almost having spent a full semester in boston, i think the school is just too big for me would like to downsize. i know a lot of people are concerned about having to start fresh, but i have already been through twice. are there any other schools that i should look into or anyone could suggest?
a brief overview:
gpa now about a 3.5
hs gpa with senior year: 3.79 uw but all honors and ap
sats: 1940</p>
<p>You might have a chance at NYU. Probably Pace</p>
<p>assuming the rest of your academic record (ecs, recs, etc) is in line, you should stand a really good chance at fordham and certainly pace and you'd have a shot at nyu too although it has gotten pretty competitive for xfers</p>
