Just asking for a few opinions- do you guys think I should put in a D- for my semester of Pre-calc/Trig in the math section? After talking to an admissions officer on another matter, it appears that the main purpose of having to state the grades there is simply for us to receive credit for them. My logic to putting it in is simply they might be sympathetic towards me with trying to pass a subject where my grades haven't been that stellar, but I'm not quite sure now.

You need to report all your a-g grades on your transcript. If you are accepted, you be expected to send in your final HS transcript and if there are any discrepancies, you will have your acceptance rescinded. Did you repeat your class or did you pass a higher level of Math to validate your D-?

I repeated it to earn that D- during summer school. And getting an F during the school year, I decided it was best to minimize the damage and not risk failing another semester, so I dropped it. Subsequently, I decided not to take a math course my senior year with the same reasoning behind dropping my previous class.

If the grades are on your transcript, you have to report them. You can’t pick and choose which grades you want to submit.
