I got 1820 on the SAT. 560 on Critical Reading 670 on Math and 590 on Writing. If I retake I could probably raise my score to 1900ish+, but I also have the ACT under my belt, which might be easier for me to retake, I got 26 but I got screwed over by Reading... My scores were Math 30, English 26, Science 28 and Reading 21. The schools that retaking would primarily be aimed at are Wisconsin, Texas, Washington, Pitt and Ohio State. I am also being forced to apply to Cal, and I kind of don't really want to get in, because I'd be happier at Wisconsin, but it'd be hard to rationalize making that decision to my parents, but thats a side issue in and of it self, and I don't think I have a shot anyways. The question is should I retake or am I ok?

I say retake if you can improve your scores to 1900+. It always helps!

a 1820 is okay for those schools try to get around 1900-2000 to have a good shot.
