<p>Hi everyone, i got a 34 on my first try with the ACT. I've never taken the SAT. I'm looking toward a school like MiT, CMU.
Should i retake my ACT, or try the SAT?</p>

<p>34’s fine.</p>
<p>Some schools might require that you took the ACT during or after your Junior year so then you would have to retake, but I wouldn’t retake just to raise the score.</p>
