To send or not to send?

I just got my December ACT scores and well.. They're not brillliant. 24 composite, which is basically what I expected since I felt like dying of stress while taking the test :D

I applied ED to a college which doesn't require ACt or SAT for intls, if they have taken TOEFL or IELTS, but when I contacted the admissions office they said they would consider the best scores I have and even offered looking up my ACT scores at my account and adding them to my app themselves.

The mid ACT range is 28-32 for the school, so it's kind of like dilemma. I'm not sure whether they really wouldn't consider my weak ACT scores as they said, since my GPA isn't exactly 4.0 either. I really want to attend the college and therefore I want to be honest with them too, but I am really afraid that sending my current ACT scores would just kill my application. My IELTS score is just fine. I also took SAT last week, but the decision is out on 1st of Feb.

So what do you think?

Don’t send your scores. A score significantly below the 25th percentile would hurt you more than no score at all.

Thank you soo much! So I will just procrastinate until the decision is out :)
