To send or not to send???

Hi!
I am currently debating which scores to send for each of my schools! I could really use some help!

Here is my college list:
Cornell (Hotel)
UPenn
NYU
Emory
Rice
Santa Clara
U of Oregon
Oregon State

Scores
SAT (taken twice): 2090 -
CR: 690
M: 710
W: 690

ACT (taken once): 33 -
E: 33
M: 32
R: 32
S: 33
E/W: 31

SAT Subject Tests -
US History: 760
Math 2: 700
Chem: 650

I know several of my schools do not allow Score Choice, so I will be sending all my scores. My questions:
1) Should I send just the ACT to any schools?
2) Does it look weird if I only send this one test?
3) Will my high ACT make up for low SAT 2s?

Thanks for your help! Any other advice on sending these scores would be appreciated! :)

Anyone? bump

I think if you send SAT2’s, you have to send SAT1’s, if school doesnt accept score choice. That being said, your 2’s arent too low, and your 1’s arent going to hinder you because of your ACT. Sending everything isn’t a bad idea at all.
