While filling out the CSS profile, I accidentally clicked the yes button in the part I should have skipped. it has been not submitted.
When I try to edit, I can only select either one, no, or yes.
and I can’t go back to the initial screen where I can skip.
I want to restart the CSS profile from the beginning so I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to start over. Is there a way?
I’m confused…on your other thread, you said you submitted the Profile for a school…
Sorry for the confusion. My mother said all had been completed but had not been paid yet. I misunderstood that she had already done it perfectly. The new question I posted again is for my mom because she does not have an ID/password. Could you please let us know how we start over CSS Profile?

I would suggest contacting them to let them know where you’re running into a problem. I don’t believe there would be a way to “start over”.
