<p>i don't know what's a cover letter exactly, even though i've been here for quite sometime. but if my intuition is correct, it's a love letter on "WHY X" kind of thing.</p>

<p>if you sent everything online, do they have an "additional info" section? put your list there. if not, then you will have to send separately.</p>
