And low GPA (UW 3.0)
(Though I'm one of those kids who brought it up steadily every year)

I want to go to school for Humanities-- probably with 'make my own major'- to learn like four languages (two I'm proficient in, one I'm familiar with)

should I take an AP or sat II for history or spanish or french? (Those are the two that I'm proficient in). I've always scored high on foreign language tests because I can comprehend grammer very easily, and I feel I could sufficiently self-study. would it help my chances to take any of the six? Which ones?

Definitely take the SAT IIs for the languages, you may place into a higher level course once in college. Your SAT I of 2010 is decent, but not stellar, so having a high History SATII can only help. P.S. ‘grammer’ is grammar.

Are you planning to apply to any colleges that require SAT II scores? If not, it may not be worth your time and money to take the extra tests. At many colleges you can take a proficiency test in a foreign language(s) for placement purposes during freshman orientation.

Well it’s less about skipping classes in university and more about showing the universities that I’m serious about my language. And I just found out that I actually have a 2060 lol.

Please note that many who take a language SATII are native speakers of the language. Historically, it’s been difficult for non-native speakers to do well on these. General rec is not to take these unless there is some compelling reason to do so.
