To the ED Acceptees:

I am applying to NYU RD…
and I was wondering if you guys could give some helpful comments on the supplementary NYU questions…

Please tell us about something you did last Sunday afternoon (or the Sunday before that, or the Sunday before that . . . ).

Many students decide to apply to NYU because of our New York City location. Apart from the New York City location, please tell us why you feel NYU will be a good match for you.

Please tell us what led you to select your anticipated academic program and/or NYU school/college, and what interests you most about your intended discipline.

How LONG should these answers be… and what details you may give for these answers…

haha you completely hijacked this thread...
silver,
my personal statements were pretty standard and they all exceeded the limit

Arabs are good at hijacking threads. My Arab friend told me

hmanx, "my personal statements were pretty standard and they all exceeded the limit"

So, what IS the limit?

i don't know...my essay is about 900 words

i started this thread to get feedback on those questions..... NOT to see the chances of someone else.

someone pls answer my q....

i'm applying for entry next year, but i have looked at the app form and maybe you can go over the word limit but i would to only go over 1-3 lines max. The admissions committee do not want to read lenghty pieces of work when it cleary says please stick to the provided space. 5-8 lines should do it.
