To those in the PTon chat last night

Recall that talk about drunk driving? Enco? My dad was just killed last night, drinking too much and driving too fast. Tell your families you love them.

Wow. I'm sorry.

oh my god. I'm so sorry, legendofmax. I'm so sorry :( My family's thinking about you, man.

I can't seem to find words to say...I am so sorry. IM me if you want to talk to someone (I should be around the computer for most of the day because of a physics lab I've got to do).

yeah, same here

omg.. you can't be serious......

im really sorry to hear that.... i don't know what to say...but if you ever need someone to talk to, we are all here for you... anytime.

Legendofmax, I'm sincerely sorry to hear that too. I wish for your family the strength to recover from this horrific tragedy.

I'm sorry sweetie.
Remember that I love you.

I'm so sorry...this really puts the whole college process in perspective...
I am so so sorry for your loss...

Holy crap man, I'm so sorry. :(

Thank you all for your kind words... what am I going to do about Princeton? Must I call them? What must be changed? What must I tell them?

Yes, whenever you feel up to it, call them and explain what has happened. They'll tell you everything you need to do and what will have to be changed and everything.

I suppose you should tell them about it for financial aid purposes, so you should probably call the fin aid department.

I am so sorry legend. :(. I can't find the words.

ima so sry marcus. best of luck

my condolences legend..i'm sorry for the loss of your fathers...our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

The Bible says, "Blessed are those who weep, for they shall be comforted." I know what you are going through right now, man. I too have lost a parent, but remember that life goes on. Don't ever forget your dad, but don't let this pain pervade into your mentality. live life, and enjoy every second of it.

My favorite poem of all time:

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there, I did not die!
Mary Frye (1932)

that is a good poem. i had the poem pasted on my fridge for a while.

my condolences
