To what extent do you consider EC's?

I honestly do not know how I am in regards to EC's so I will list some activities that I partake in and some interesting facts and hopefully you can help me compile a decent list of my EC's

I am a part of a Youth Advisory Council that allocates funds to nonprofits and will be for four years. With this group we often volunteer, raise funds, and visit nonprofits to decide where we want our funding to go.

I am a part of a broadcast journalism class, and I am currently the Web Director, however next year I plan on being the Web Director and Line Editor (not very common to have two positions) and I will most likely hold these titles my senior year as well (I am a sophomore).

I have been elected as a Student Senate member (student council in some schools), and will most likely do this my junior and senior years as well.

Next year I am joining our school's German club as I will be taking IB German, and I intend on running for an office such as president or vice president.

Would taking education travels be a good EC? For example I will be traveling to Germany for 21 days this summer with Education First tours.

Finally, I have 50 hours of community service at a VA Hospital (Veterans Affairs), and will be mentoring students for 50 hours at school throughout my Junior and Senior years.

Is this enough EC's? Are all of these worth mentioning? Should I partake in more activities to look more impressive for colleges?

Just moving it up before I fall asleep (:

What colleges are you looking at (some values ECs more then others)?
