which one did you self-study? how did you do it (books etc)? how long did it take? and what score did you get?

Aren't all SAT IIs self-studied...?

Maybe he/she means taking an SAT II before ever taking the class?

ya sorry about that. i meant taking an SAT II without taking the class (or taking the class a long time before the test)

I would say the sciences and languages are hard to self-study if you haven't taken the class.

US History and Literature are self-studiable, but you need to commit a lot of time to them.

The maths would be the easiest.

thanks!
does anyone have experience doing it that they would like to share?
i dont know if i want to try to do it (for biology) and to help me it would be great to see how people who did it did and how it went

Hi, for those who want to self-study Biology, I recommend the site HippoCampus. This site has courses of 11 subjects. Some subjects on this site are useless, but some subjects are great. Biology on this site may be the greatest.

I read the Barron's SAT II Biology, and they say it is much harder than the real test. Biology on hippocampus is even harder than Barron's, but much easier to understand. Everything is illustrated by animated presentations anyway.

PS. Do you guys know this site? What do you think about it?
