<p>is the app due today used for selecting your desired colleges? there is a section that asks the applicant for preference. I thought this app was for a summer program and the sept timeframe is the app for college selection.</p>

<p>Yes (you have a little less then two hours) and they just want to get an idea of what schools you are interested in. The actual match that can pair you with a school does not happen until the fall.</p>
<p>thanks. so my daughter submittd the app at about 11:15 pm, cst , chicago, but the return screen from qb says ‘submitted at 03/28’. so any explanation?</p>

<p>where is qb headquartered or at least where are the servers that run the qb app? i assume somewhere in the east.</p>

<p>^ that’s what happened with my college match app last fall. i submitted 2:58 pm est (i know) but it showed on the portal that i submitted a day late. still didn’t stop me from becoming a finalist.</p>
