btw, phanatic, sry about the gender mixup XD

I took it along with all of Michigan last Tuesday. This is the 2nd time taking it. (first time in December)

Thoughts:
English - Meh, I also think i over-complicated it. It was not hard, but i most likely missed a handful. This english test was easier than the test in December.

Math - Ouch. Difficult, lol. I hope some of my guesses were correct! (and they were really coming on those last two pages LOL). DEFINITELY harder than the math test in December.

Reading - Pretty easy, and I was surprised to see some interesting passages lol. The “waggle-dance” had me entertained :D. Much easier than the reading test in December.

Science - Also pretty easy. I most likely missed a few of the questions, but who knows. WAY easier than the science in December.

Writing - Meh, the topic wasn’t to difficult imo. I caught a case of writers block though, and after writing the essay felt that i could have had a much better essay with the opposing argument. Oh well lol.

So overall, i thought this test was much easier than the December test (with the exception of the Math section). I got a 24 the first time. I am shooting for a 28+ on this one, but will be content with a 26. I think I will shift my focuses towards the SAT now.

For all you Michigan’ers, what did you think of the MME?

I thought the MME was ok, if you were forced to take that work keys thing, that was the simplest test I have ever taken in my life.

The MME was all right, and the workkeys made me cry with its simplicity. lol I don’t think the MME should produce any problems. ^^

I also thought the work keys were INCREDIBLY easy lol. As far as the MME, I felt i=I didn’t do as well on the science =(. I haven’t been in biology in 2 years, and I barely remembered any of the chemistry from last year… So I’m hoping that science did not bring me down!

If you have a piece of cheese that is 5 pounds, and you cut it in half and sell one half to a customer, how much cheese do you have left?

LOL.

You can go to sleep if you are tired.

Q: When can you go to sleep?

a.) If you ask permission.
b.) If you fill out the appropriate documents.
c.) If you are tired.
d.) Not enough information to answer the question.

hmmmmmmmmmmm

Lawlz. And that was half of the test right there.

If a hat normally costs $12, and the price is raised by $3.50, how much does that hat cost now?

hahahaaa

Are we making fun of state standardized tests? xD Those sound a lot like VA SOL questions. =D

^ This isnt the worse i have seen. I remember i took a gifted test in sixth grade and the question asked something along the lines of.

If Grass is Green, then a lawn is ___

Wow…no. We had our SOLs this past week. They gave the easiest Junior prompt in all history.

Discuss an important decision in the near future.

99% wrote about the same exact subject, obviously. xD

Dude, the questions were ridiculous…“Incorperated is correctly spelled…incoorperated? incorparated? incorporated?” xD

“Cassually is correctly spelled…?”

“Truely is correctly spelled…?”

Which has an inappropriate tone? “Sentence A) - That was like…totally awesome”

(That was for a formal business letter… xD)

The work keys stuff was really stupid. 1st paragraph of document: “…You can go to the docter if you need to…”

“You can go to the doctor if…”

The MME stuff was stupid, I don’t think anyone knew it…I had to take the makeup day for this though, and had different questions than all of my friends.

ACT:

English: Pretty Easy…I though easier than Dec(31) and harder than Feb(35)
Math: For me this was really easy…I think I easily got a 35 or 36…especially with the generous curve there will probably be with the difficulty of the questions for many people…Got a 31 in Dec and 34 in Feb
Reading: Easiest I have taken (from what I remember)…Got a 25 in Dec and 32 in Feb
Science: Not bad from what I remember…about the same as the others I have take…probably won’t be a generous curve though…Got a 33 in Dec and 34 in Feb
Writing: not too bad…I’ve never taken it with writing before, but I have taken the SAT and got an 11 on that. I chose the oppisite opinion than everyone else I knew, though.

Overall in the past I recieved a 30 and 34 in the Dec and Feb (respectively). I hope to recieve a 34 plus so I don’t have to pay to send my old ones and at least a 9+ on the essay.

Good Luck to everyone as we wait to recieve our scores. :)

anyone know when the scores will be released?

They posted them online today. I got a 31! The science screwed me though I got a 26.

Math-34 Reading-32 English-30 Science-26(ugh)
Composite-31

i got eng-36 math-36 reading-36 but science -35 :(

For the online scores, did you just make an account with the same info that you put on the test or do they contact you somehow?

I took the ACT before so I already had an account. So I don’t know how to get them if you haven’t taken it before.
Sorry

31 in Feb -> 32 in March
(31 English, 33 Math, 32 Reading, 29 Science) -> (31 English, 34 Math, 32 Reading, 32 Science)

31

**#%$^#$^%$(@$%^@$%*%

I get 33/34s on my practice tests and a 31 on the real thing.

WTH?!?!?!?!
