<p>As I said when I posted the letter from Columbia "We are regrettaby unable to make a decision on your application to Columbia University.Although notices of missing material were sent to you via both e-mail and conventional mail,required documents were still absent from your folder as of March 29,2007. This letter was received yesterday April 5,2007 Columbia states pretty clearly that they were applicants. The whole point is that they were never applicants. They only filled out initial info and college board sent all scores.</p>
