TOEFL and GRE official score reports - pending

<p>hello,</p>

<p>GRE and TOEFL score reports have not reached my universities. They are still displaying the status as pending. </p>

<p>Please guide me in tracking the orders that I have placed thru ETS in sending the official score reports to institutions. I have called ETS customer service but they are saying that they have been processed already and electronic mails were sent already. But some of the instituions did not receive official reports yet.</p>

Processed date - Dec 24 , some univs - Dec 30
Confirmation received upon enquiry- Jan 2</p>
