<p>The UC application asked a TOEFL and IELTS score for non-native speakers.I moved California as a junior in high school. I'm not an international student and I have never taken these test.<br>
However, I have completed Entry- level English requirements. What should I fill for this part since I'm not a native speaker.</p>

<p>no worry, as long as u’re a CCC transfer student and finish the IGETC, they don’t care, AT ALL. ---- i got this answer directly from a UCB admission officier, the one who really read the app and make the decision.</p>
