Toefl exam

I just have a question about admissions at boston college. If my native language is not English and I have dual citizenship, but I have been going to school in America since preschool and have only attended schools in the US and not any other country, am I considered an international student? Do I have to take the TOEFL examination?

Thank you.

The quick answer is, NO!!!

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required only if you have studied (graduated) outside USA even if it is in a country like India where the medium of instruction is English.

You will find more information here: [Successful TOEFL Test - Who Should Take the TOEFL Test?](http://www.mytoeflsuccess.com/toefl-test/passing-1.htm)

Thanks for the reply

Hello!
I decided to take a TOEFL in September.
And which one would you advice to me?
“Cracking the TOEFL iBT with CD, 2013 Edition”
or
“Official Guide to the TOEFL Test With CD-ROM, 4th Edition”
I hope your response would be so much helpful for me, thanks again!

Anyone here?

bilguutei, you will probably get an answer if you make a thread asking this question in the international students section.
