<p>Should I retake the test? I was really confused with the speaking part, since I sorta froze-up and didn't really...say much x). I have no idea why I did so badly on the writing part, it's horrible :/</p>

<p>I’d say it depends on what schools you’re aiming for. Besides, taking the TOEFL costs a lot of money, I’ve heard.</p>

<p>Your writing score is lower compared to your reading and listening. I dont know whether you are aiming for Graduate school or Undergrad school. If its for undergrad and you are planning to give SAT, then you can prove writing abilities via writing section of SAT. Your score is acceptable for most Top Tier Schools (Most of the schools usually recommend a score above 100). Although be wary of places where they might have a minimum sub-section score (your score in writing section might not be enough)</p>
