I bought a review book with the CD for toefl,
and skimmed through it a little today.

Besides the test is way too boring, (I almost fall asleep during listening section..)
i found the given time for speaking section is too long
with that short preparation time.

Is it ok to finish all my speaking within 30~40 seconds
while 60 seconds are given for the question?
or do I need to elaborate little bit more to use all the given time?

You should actually speak throughout the time frame, at least for the open questions ("What do you miss most when you are away from home?" or "What is your favorite subject?").

When summarizing a conversation it's ok to finish early when you think that you have said everything that's relevant.

I bought Barrons IBt test.ıt was not that bad.But a zere ozer good preparation books On IBT?cuz I also wanna prepare, but have big problems with speaking.

Um you don't need to prepare really to score high on TOEFLs. Just practice a couple of listening sections and yeah.. definitely the speaking. I'd envy anyone who isn't weirded out by the whole idea of talking at the computer in the midst of fellow test takers. Especially as you don't speak at the same time and despite knowing the process, some people tend to glance at your direction when you begin to speak. Make sure the computers are working well and that the supervisors are helpful! When something doesn't look right, yell for a supervisor immediately... especially if your test is in the evening.

I am doing barrons and kaplans for TOEFL ibt is it enough?i am finishing speaking either early or 1-2 sec late. What i need to do to improve my speaking skills.
