I'm so frustrated, because I studied a lot, and I lived in U.S. for quite a long time, for about 10-11 years, and I'm still receiving like 85 and 86/120. I need to get 96/120 to pass the exam.

I wish i could raise my reading comprehension score, and although i understand the passage, I have hard time answering the questions quickly, and interpreting and stuff. And i searched online practice tests, and they only give you the feeling of how the test system works. They don't necessarily give you any strategies to get higher score, or help you in any way.

I really need help....Especially since im a horrible standardized test taker.
Thank you.

Cannot help you with improving on TOEFL. However, are you curently living in the US and going to high school here? If that is the case then for most colleges it is unlikely you will have to submit TOEFL even if you are considered an international applicant.

The best test prep strategy material is published by Princeton Review. If you can get a copy of their material for the SAT, what it says about the reading section of the SAT will apply to the TOEFL as well. My friends who teach TOEFL prep like the Cambridge prep material better than Barrons. If you can’t find specialized TOEFL material, any SAT or ACT prep material will help you a bit.
