TOEFL problem- please help!

Toefl is already acting on my nerves, I want to send my computer based scores to universities, I already sent two scores by phone (I’m not sure if they arrived, northeastern says in its status check that they received the scores, but they may just relay on my common application where I wrote my score) so after this they charged me more than I expected and had on my credit card, OK I don’t care about the fact that they did it but now when I call to send my other scores it says that my scores are not available and I must check back after one week, two weeks passed, I called Toefl center and asked them about this problem, they said that I have money to pay because when I sent that scores I lacked the money, so now they wait for the money, but I have 400$ on my credit card, so why don’t they take this money, when I informed them that I have 400 on my credit card the said that I must check it in my bank but everything is alright with the bank, and I’m sure Toefl is the main problem

Sorry for the unclear writing
I’m very nervous because I’m in a hurry

Please help

...........................................

You don't make much sense, but you seem to have a credit card problem. Use another card.

Before I enter card number it says that my scores are not available

When did you take the TOEFL?

29 June 2006

The fastest option would really be another credit card...

Yes but before I come to the stage when I must enter credit card number, computer says that my scores are not available. (It says it after I enter my birth date)
Is not there another way to send my scores? Can I send money (not with credit card) together with paper score report?

No you can't send scores online, you must call, and computer will require from you to enter information by phone

If I get this right you are saying that TOEFL says that they have never received any money for your first score reports? If that's the case, maybe they "locked" your account until you pay the fees. Just speculation... I would strongly suggest you call TOEFL again and clarify that.

I have paid, but they took more from my account, more than I expected, so I had to put 10 dollars on my credit card in order my scores to be sent. I put this amount but still the problems remain, anyway ayes thanks, I will call them
Thanks again

It looks like either you didn't have enough money available in your credit card account or you confused the person you called. So TOEFL may have locked your scores. Next time you call, give them another card with enough money. Forget trying to explain what happened earlier ("took more from my account, so i had to put 10 dollars," etc). Just have the scores sent first. Good luck.
