<p>I am an international student and I am applying RD.
My high school is a bilingual one, which basically means that most of the classes are taught in English by American teachers, but we still have the basic classes for the native language. I also have a high CR score (if that helps) so my question would be as follows.
Should I e-mail the admissions office to ask them to waive my TOEFL requirement? Would I qualify?
The fact is that I relied on my CR score for most of the universities I applied to and now would be way too late to register for the test. On their website it says that if the language of instruction at school was English then I would qualify, but my situation is a bit trickier. Has anyone else had this problem?</p>
