TOEFL Requirement?

Hi, I came to the USA in 1999 so it's been over 7 years.
I am not a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.

So, do i still have to take the TOEFL cuz i'm considered as "foreign" even though i came here 7 years ago??

I got a 640 on my CR SAT score. So any help please?

Thanks!!

Yeah, you probably do have to take the TOEFL.

Don't worry though, it's super easy if you've lived in the states for a while.

Good luck. =]

Remember though, you need at least a 250 computer based to be competitive. So take the test ASAP in case you get nervous the first time.

yeah it's easy and boring and expensive and hard to schedule. probably even worse than the sat because it's pointless

You don't have to take it if you've been in States for a certain number of years and completed secondary education there. I'm not quite sure, so check with them.

If you've been here for 7 years and you can pull of a 640, then you should have no problems anyway. It's just a matter of spending 150 bucks to prove that you can speak english :P
