It is good-makes the minimum for MIT, but I am just concerned about the speaking score. Is it too low?
I'd appreciate it if you guys can tell me if any other US colleges have a minimun speaking score or not?

Just a guess - reading and listening are probably most important to understanding lecture material, which is the main concern with students who don’t speak English as a first language.

Regardless, your overall score is great, I would not worry too much. (As for other US colleges with minimum speaking scores, you should check if the colleges you want to apply to have them. The other colleges are irrelevant, but I’m sure googling can help you find them.)

Your CR and M are fine (they don’t look at W as far as I know). They’ll take your best scores anyway, so I would just send everything in. It can only help you.
