Greeting honorable college confidential community,
I am an international applicant from Bangladesh. As a Computer Engineering applicant, Waterloo requires my higher school certificate as well as TOEFL score for assessing my application. I have excellent grades in higher school certificate. However I am a bit confused about their TOEFL requirements My overall score is 107 reading:27 listening:29 writing:29 speaking:22 Waterloo states minimum score for engineering is 90 overall, 25 speaking, 25 writing And their bridge to academic success however explicitly states that I have to have minimum score of 90 and less than 25 both in speaking and writing, and their proficiency also asks that score on individual section will be given into consideration if an overall score of 90 is given. SO i really get confused. Can you please help me with that? also I don’t have means to sit for another english language test right now, as waterloo deadline for submitting scores are really close and if i even take, it might not reach waterloo.

I also have contacted the committee via email several days ago but still no response
I am really confused, are they demanding to score over 90 with speaking and writing over 25, or just over 90 score and speaking/writing over 25. And if its speaking and writing over 25, then will they just cut me off.
I have also applied to following colleges
